Behind San D.P. is Sandra De Pessemier — or simply San.

With a professional background as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant and HR Professional within international companies in Belgium, I have always worked in roles where organisation, discretion, communication and responsibility go hand in hand.

Living and working in Spain added another dimension to that experience: a practical understanding of the Spanish language, local administration and the realities of getting things done in Spain.

Today, I combine both worlds in a boutique service designed for people who value trust, efficiency and personal attention.

My professional career began in Belgium, where I worked alongside senior managers and within international organisations, where precision, confidentiality and keeping processes running smoothly were part of everyday life.

Moving to Spain brought with it a completely different environment — and a new perspective.

Over the years, I have become familiar with the people, the processes and the practical aspects of property, administration and business in Spain.

I have worked alongside professionals such as gestors, notaries, estate agents, holiday let specialists and construction professionals.

That experience has taught me something important: having the right person on the ground can make all the difference.
